BEFINDEN may create and include the personal data provided through the website or emails in an automated file under its responsibility, in order to manage its requests or messages and promote its professional activities.<\/div>\n
By filling out and submitting any form included in the website or email, the user expressly consents and authorizes BEFINDEN to collect, automatically process or transfer the personal data that he\/she submits and use them exclusively for the purposes expressed. The user guarantees that the personal data provided are true and is responsible for communicating any changes in relation to them. Personal data may be modified or cancelled by the user by sending an e-mail to info@cereancanatura.ro from the email account the user provided when filling out the form, specifying in the message what data they want to modify, or if they want their registration to be deleted.<\/div>\n
BEFINDEN informs the user about the possibility of formally exercising the rights of access, rectification, opposition and cancellation of the collected personal data. In this case, the user must also ratify his request by signed letter addressed to: 2007 BEFINDEN GRUP SL, La Rambla, 41 2\u00aa, Matar\u00f3 08302 (Spain). Such request must contain the following data: name and surname of the user, address for notification purposes, photocopy of their National Identity Card or passport and particular request.<\/div>\n
BEFINDEN, undertakes to comply with its obligation of secrecy on personal data and to adopt the security measures provided in the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data. However, despite such measures, there may be infiltrations due to willful actions of third parties, which are not under BEFINDEN’s responsibility.<\/div>\n
